Gender inequality is an issue that unfortunately plagues society very prevalently. While progress has been made to diminish the gap, we as a society are still far behind. However, if we all contribute in any small way possible, the gap will be closed faster and more efficiently.

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the International Day of the Girl Child, Airtory has taken the initiative to safeguard the future of three girl children.  We took the initiative to sponsor three girl children from Balika Sadanam and uplift them toward a brighter future.

Parasakthi Balika Sadanam is a home for destitute and deprived girl children. It is situated at Budhanoor, a typical central Travancore village, in Kerala. These girls are disparaged due to extremely poor and deteriorated family conditions.

Airtory’s sponsorship will help each of the three girl children get quality education and, timely medical care in addition to the basics of food, shelter, and clothing. Additionally, they are also given vocational training according to their aptitudes which will equip them to become independent and contribute to society.

Through these initiatives, Airtory encourages promoting and protecting the girl child's rights and therefore increases the awareness of her needs and potential.

We rise by lifting others.

Along with business,  Airtory is also focused on ethics, social responsibility, and sustainability this year onwards. We are committed to servicing our partners along with contributing towards improving the society we live in.

We as a business are conscious of the kind of impact we have on all aspects of society, including economic, social, and environmental. And we want to encourage everyone as a business, or a company to function in ways that will enhance society and the environment instead of contributing negatively to them.
